The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Change Pilot application through the Change Pilot website (the "Website") and the associated services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at the Website. The Website is owned and operated by Change Voyage Consulting Limited in Singapore ("Change Voyage Consulting"). The Website is offered subject to your (the "User" or "you") acceptance without modification of any of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Website by Change Voyage Consulting – including, Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy, and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from accessing the Website or using the Services.

Change Voyage Consulting offers a refund policy adhering to the policies mentioned.

1. Access & User Information

In order to purchase and use the Services on the Website, the User is required to fill the contact form on the Website (including filling out all required personal information). The User must notify Change Voyage Consulting immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of its account.

Change Voyage Consulting may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges, and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Change Voyage Consulting may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict User’s access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User certifies to Change Voyage Consulting that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is at least 18 years of age. The User also certifies that it is legally permitted to use the Website, and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

If the User provides and uses any personal information which belongs to any other person other than the User, the User covenants and undertakes to Change Voyage Consulting that all and any of such personal information are obtained by the User and provided to Change Voyage Consulting with express consent of the data subject and that such data subject has given express consent to the User and Change Voyage Consulting to use such personal information by Change Voyage Consulting subject to the terms herein.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Change Voyage Consulting, its licensors, or other providers of such material. These materials are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The website may use AI models to assist users in generating documents and text based on their input. We do not control or direct the output generated by the AI model, and as such, we are not responsible for the content produced. Users should ensure that the content they generate does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Any content generated by users on our Website is their responsibility and they are free to use it as they see fit. However, Change Voyage Consulting cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringements committed by the output of the AI model, as we have no control over the data the AI model was trained on or how it was trained. We aim to be as flexible as possible in allowing our users to utilize our services, while ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

3. Representations and Disclaimers

By using the Website or the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with the terms in this Agreement; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Website; (5) you will not access nor conduct, facilitate, authorise or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to the Website or any services provided via, or in relation to, the Website or the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Website or the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (7) your use of the Website or Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website (or any portion thereof).

We are a service provider and make no representations as to the safety, effectiveness, adequacy, accuracy, availability, prices, ratings, reviews, or legality of any of the information contained on the Website or the Services offered through the Website. Change Voyage Consulting expressly disclaims any liability arising from or out of the use of any products or outcome provided through the Services by the User as Change Voyage Consulting has in any way NO control of the information or data provided by the User. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the products or outcome provided through the Services are accurate, complete or up to date. We do not carry out independent verifications on any information supplied by the User through the Website and no one shall rely on the products or outcome provided through the Services, whether the User or any third party.

4. Modifications

Change Voyage Consulting reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges, and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User's acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.

5. Payment and Billing Information

By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor, LemonSqueezy) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription or other purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (collectively, as applicable, an "Order"). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your Order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your Order.

LemonSqueezy is responsible for all aspects of payment processing, including holding, storing, and security of the payment information. LemonSqueezy's use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy, which can be found on the LemonSqueezy's website.

If you dispute any charges, you must inform Change Voyage Consulting within thirty (30) days upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to change our prices. If we change prices, we will provide notice of the change on the Website or in email to you, at our option, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change goes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, you may initiate a refund for the purchase. Please see below for more information on our refund policy. Refunds are generally not allowed after the Services have transpired unless at the discretion of Change Voyage Consulting.

Initiate a Refund All refunds must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Refunds After inspection, we will process your refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your purchase to process your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Website and the Services. Without limiting any other provision of this agreement, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the website and the services (including blocking certain ip addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in this agreement or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use of the website or delete your account and any content or information that you supplied at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

8. Electronic Communications, Transactions and Signatures

Visiting the Website, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the Website. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

9. General

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, relationship, etc. is intended or created by this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have all the necessary permits to grant us with User’s personal data to fulfil this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Change Voyage Consulting, its founder(s) or our management, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Website or the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Contrary to anything contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the twelve (12) months period prior to any cause of action arising or US$100.

The provisions of this Agreement are intended to bind between Change Voyage Consulting and the registered User only and are not intended to and do not create rights in any other person or confer upon any other person any benefits, rights or remedies, and no person is or is intended to be a third party beneficiary of any of the provisions of this Agreement. Change Voyage Consulting expressly disclaims any third party’s rights against Change Voyage Consulting for its reliance upon the products or outcome generated from the Services used by aregistered User.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, which cannot be resolved through negotiation, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Agreement

Change Voyage Consulting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this Agreement, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Agreement by your continued use of the Website or the Services after the date such revised Agreement is posted.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
